Return & Refund Policy – Skymeds

At Skymeds, customer satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from Skymeds may be returned or refunded.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, Skymeds follows strict quality and safety guidelines.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
     

  • Damaged or defective product received
     

  • Expired product delivered
     

  • Missing items in the order
     

⚠️ Medicines once delivered cannot be returned unless one of the above conditions is met.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, Skymeds does not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used medicines
     

  • Products without original packaging
     

  • Prescription medicines without valid proof
     

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

Return Request Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Skymeds Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery
     

  2. Share your order ID and reason for return
     

  3. Upload images of the product (if requested)
     

  4. Wait for approval from the Skymeds support team
     

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Policy

After successful inspection of the returned product:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
     

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
     

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from Skymeds

Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, Skymeds may offer:

  • Free replacement of the same product
     

  • Replacement of an equivalent product (subject to availability)
     

Replacement decisions depend on stock availability and quality checks.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
     

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
     

  • To cancel an order, contact Skymeds support immediately
     

Quality Assurance

  • All products sold by Skymeds go through strict quality checks. Medicines are sourced only from licensed manufacturers and distributors to ensure safety and authenticity.
